For The Kids. At Penn State, not a day goes by when many of us won’t say it, wear it, and/or feel it. THON has given us a personal connection to the fight against pediatric cancer and helping “Brighten Every Journey” for children who have to fight such awful circumstances.
I couldn’t help but smile when THON tweeted a link to the story about Mattel’s decision to create a bald Barbie doll. That’s For The Kids in motion, people. Kudos to the people at Mattel for truly doing something that will “make an impact” for so many kids who will appreciate it more than mot of us can ever imagine. You can read the full story here.
